Brought my car in for service a few weeks ago and requested a wheel rotation and a balance. I trusted them and thought they would actually rotate the wheels like I requested. Didn't notice till a week after that they didn't rotate the wheels at all, yet they charged me for it. They also charged me for a wheel balance which was supposed to happen after the wheel rotation. Who knows if they actually did anything during the service. They probably just brought the car in to their workshop, stamped the log book and brought the car back out again. They cannot be trusted. If you did have your service recently, make sure you stop to check that they actually did work on your car because there is a good chance they didn't do anything and you wouldn't know any better.In response to your comment, yes you did call me and I spoke with you. You admitted that the wheels were not rotated and it was a misunderstanding (not sure how it could have been a misunderstanding if the guy at the counter went through every single item one at a time, including the wheel rotation). You said you needed to speak with management to arrange for a refund back to me and call me back. It's been over a month now. I never got a call back. I never got anything in the mail and I never got a refund. I have tried calling you numerous times. Left messages each time on voicemail and with a person and never got a return phone call.Note to people reading this, this company gives you a 10% discount off your service if you give a good review. Makes most of the positive reviews they receive questionable.

Had been looking for a Grand Cherokee Overland and spotted one on the website for Northern Motor Group. Spoke to Terry Walsh when he came up to me in the yard. He explained the car was being driven by the sales manager but we could book a time for me to call back and look at it. I returned and Terry had the car waiting for me. He explained the details of the car and I was allowed to take it for a test drive, he tell me the best way to give it a run through local traffic and also on a local freeway. I was happy with the car and we discussed the price and my trade in. We came to an agreed price but I told him I could take delivery for 3 weeks as I was going OS. he said he would keep it out the back and it would be ready for my return. I rang Terry when I was ready to pick the car up and it was ready waiting for me. It was excellent dealing with Terry and will catch up with him on the first service at NMG as he explained to me the 10 year servicing plan which I decided to take up. Thanks again to Terry.

I have only praise for the Northern Motor Group. I bought a new Nissan Navara there in 2013. The price was very competitive, the sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the vehicle has performed flawlessly. The scheduled service provided by Northern Motors has been everything I expected - easy booking process, work finished when promised and costs as per the advertised rates. I am a happy customer.

As a mechanic I am reluctant to take my clients car or personnel cars back to a dealership. I would like to note that the parts department has always been excellent but it offends me to call the people that work at the service department mechanics!!!We had a warranty job completed over a year ago on my wife’s car, notices that the job was incomplete and sent it back for it to be completed as I refuse to finish somebody else’s job! Car complete and went to pick up, found job is still incomplete but written it’s been addressed on the invoice!! I’m not saying everybody is perfect and yes people make mistakes but when I say exactly what is wrong and they still don’t complete the task, what the problemIf it was my car no problems but my wife and I have a 4 month old and without her car she is stuck at home with no mode of transport for the day which makes returning it not only an inconvenience but a logistical nightmare

Hands down the best Jeep service department in the North, I drive from Keilor Park to get my Jeep serviced at Northern Jeep because they are more professional and knowledgeable and make you feel welcomed. Definitely recommend. Better then my local dealer.
